Real Growth Corporation Limited (Formerly Known as- Real Growth Commercial Enterprises Limited) was incorporated under the provision of The Companies Act, 1956 as Private Limited Company in the name of “KRS FINANCIALS PRIVATE LIMITED “vide Company Incorporation No.55- 64254 dated 11^thJanuary,1995 issued by ROC Delhi. The company was later converted to a Public Limited Company in the name of “KRS FINANCIALS LIMITED” by way of a special resolution on 3^rd July 1995. Furthermore, in the year 2001, the name of the company was once again changed to a new name “RAJESH PROJECTS & FINANCE LIMITED” by way of a special resolution on 26^th September 2001.

Again in the year 2011, the name of the company was changed to “REAL GROWTH COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES LIMITED” by way of a special resolution dated 20^th January 2011.

In the Year 2023 the name of the Company again changed from “REAL GROWTH COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES LIMITED” to “REAL GROWTH CORPORATION LIMITED” by way of a special resolution dated 16^th October 2023.
