RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION

All the Related Party Transactions are duly approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of the Company. The Company has duly framed the RPT Policy as per the Companies Act, 2013 Regulations and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.Further all the transactions with the related parties are disclosed in the Financial Statements of the Company.
