Mr Rajesh Goyal is having experience of more than 22 years and under his leadership the RG Group has successfully handled 16 projects, amongst them the 14 projects are already delivered and 2 residential projects are running in advance stage. He is also Director in the following group Companies.

Whole Time Director, Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, He has a rich experience of more than two decades in the areas of audit, Taxation, Corporate Advisory Services, Financial Management and Fund Raising etc. He is a keen analyst with exceptional relationship management & negotiation skills with proven abilities in liaising with the various regulatory authorities.

He holds master degree in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has been associated with major residential project – RG Residency of RG Group located at Sector 120, Noida, UP. Due to his marketing and salesmanship techniques he has delivered excellent results in past and proved himself to be a valuable asset to the company.

Mr. Sanjay Jha is Non Independent Director of the Company and having rich experience of more than 22 yrs in the administrative field, he is also holding directorship of many other companies.

Mr. Jha has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 02nd September, 2025.

Mr. Surinder Kumar is appointed as Independent Director of the Company he is having experience of more than 2 decades in the field of Administration.

He has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 30th August, 2024.

Mr. Arvind Garg is appointed as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Garg is graduate and having rich experience of more than 25 years in the field of Administration.

Mr. Garg has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 08th March, 2025.

specialization in Corporate and Legal law enables him to provide
